I was awoken by His voice, "If you will get up I want to show you My love for you. Read Isaiah 5." It was 7:10 am.

"I will sing for the one I love a song about his vineyard: My loved one had a vineyard on a fertile hillside. He dug it up and cleared it of stones and planted it with the choicest vines. He built a watchtower in it and cut out a winepress as well. Then he looked for a crop of good grapes, but it yielded only bad fruit."

It didn't take long to realize Isaiah 5 is about relationship, life and death.....and choices. In whom will we abide and trust? Will we be burned?

The promise of good fruit is bore in the place of pruning. Pruning hurts. But sometimes we have to lay it all down, so that the True Vine can bring forth good fruit. Matt 21:33-44, and John 15:1, 15:5.
