This is a super-powerful painting.
Up until this point, God had graciously allowed me to get used to painting on stage in front of people. I used a lot of swirls of color while listening to the music, to hear "what it was saying."
Then one day, God interrupted me. "Pick up the dark color and cut into the painting," He directed.
I reeled back. "What?!?!?! That is going to ruin it,' I argued....with God.
"DO it!" (It was no longer a suggestion.)
He is not interested in the little boxes we try to fit Him in, how we limit Him in our jobs, our dreams, our hopes, our thoughts, and our intentions. He wants to punch holes in our boxes, our preconceived notions, our limited mindsets, and the limitations we try to put on Him so we can quantify and qualify our lives. Will you Invite the King of Glory to topple over your box(es)?
